REDUCING SUGAR CONSUMPTION A CORE GROUP OBJECTIVE

Helping guests to reduce sugar consumption is a core Group objective.

Approximately 51% of the drinks sold across our cinemas are low sugar or sugar-free and we aim to continue increasing this percentage, with sales of Costa Coffee products (ODEON is Costa's fourth largest franchise in the UK) and other soft drinks, juices and water continually increasing.

In spring 2016 we launched a unique Group-wide partnership with the Coca Cola Company to further develop the range of lower sugar alternatives in cinemas across Europe.
