ODEON UK GENDER PAY GAP

Until this past year, we had been making great strides in reducing ODEON UK's gender pay gap. However with 2020 being the most challenging year we have faced as a business, our progress has been slowed. We clearly have more work to do to create a truly equal result, but we are committed as a business to get there and are confident that the passion our colleagues show for diversity, equity and inclusion will be a driving force.
