As part of our strategy to improve guest experience and engage our colleagues, we have a Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy we call 'Doing the right thing'.
It sets out clear promises, which coordinate responsible business practice and strong governance and is made up of five principal pillars.

We are dedicated to helping others and raising money for good causes. In each of our markets, we support either a dedicated charity or partner with specific organisations where we can make a noticeable difference.
We aim to deliver a first class experience for all our guests, irrespective of any disability. We are always looking for new ways to improve accessibility for all guests across our group.

Using inspired thinking to tread lightly
We try to find new ways to improve our energy efficiency and waste recycling levels, reduce carbon emissions, water use and packaging.
Our Milton Keynes cinema is ‘lit by the sun’ with 286m surface area of solar panels providing 85% of the electricity used to light the building. The cinema recycles 90% of its waste and water consumption has been reduced by approximately 40% due to low flush toilets.
