LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
We know that our people don’t just want a job; they want skills for life. We work hard to provide fantastic training and development opportunities at every level. Our hospitality and retail skills training schemes are supporting our Cinema Hosts and Cinema Experience Managers to keep discovering their talents, honing their skills and progress further within the business.
REWARD & RECOGNITION
We use our Legendary Service Awards to reward those who choose to have long-lasting careers with us. We also have two big reward schemes, our Be Outstanding scratchcards and team award, that inspire individual and team achievement.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We take health & safety seriously. Everyone across our Group is trained on a regular basis and our cinemas are audited by internal teams and external agencies. We use feedback and performance reviews to make sure health & safety is ingrained within our culture.
In 2019, we were proud to dedicate more than 75,000 hours to colleague development and over 24,000 hours to feedback conversations.
Through our Sharetember initiatives - a month dedicated to learning and sharing incredible ideas and innovation across our business, we share thousands of new ideas and encourage bottom up innovation.
